Self-awareness is the core building block that leads to mindset and behavior changes. The program gives us tools to recognize, understand and appreciate other ways of working on our team. Five Behaviors of a Cohesive Team

A team-health evaluation that identifies specific team-level behaviors that are limiting your team success. Intended for smaller leadership teams, the team moves together (and often individually) for several months through the stages of this model in order to maximize its value. Learn more here.
